Zinc-tin alloy containing 1% tin

Application:

• Galvanized construction materials
• Galvanizing of steel pipes by blowing

Functions of the Alloy:

• Improves the fluidity of the zinc liquid
• Lowers the melting point of the zinc solution
• Reduces the surface tension of the zinc liquid

How to Use the Alloy:

• Select the alloy with different composition and content according to the coating requirements;
• According to the composition of the zinc liquid, the alloy is added periodically during the production process;
• Customers with special requirements can request on-site guidance.

• Check the zinc pot regularly during use to avoid zinc leakage
• Be careful when using products without zinc flakes
