YH103 acidic detergent

Product Features and Applications:

YH103 Acidic Degreaser is the latest product developed by the R&D team of Hunt company to solve the problem of cleaning oil stains on the surface of steel in the hot dip galvanizing process. It has foaming ability, strong acid resistance, emulsification and super-penetrating degreasing ability, high water washing efficiency and actively supports subsequent processes.

Technical Parameters:

• Appearance: Colorless or light yellow liquid
• Density (20°C, Kg/L): 1.02 ~ 1.10
• pH (20°C): 2 ~ 5
• Heavy metals: None

Product Features:

• Suitable for cleaning when the steel surface is contaminated with oil during processing.

Application Method:

Add 5-10% of the amount of cleaning solution, the specific dosage depends on the degree of oil contamination on the surface of the workpiece, it can be used at normal temperature or in a heated state.

Product Packaging and Storage:

The product is packed in 25kg plastic drums. Store in a cool, dry place, avoid freezing. Shelf life: 02 years.
