Specialized defoamer for hot-dip galvanizing XP828

Product Principle and Features:

XP828 Hot Dip Galvanizing Special Defoamer is a product specially developed by specialized R&D personnel to target the foam generated in the process of flux treatment, wastewater treatment and passivation in hot dip galvanizing production, and can minimize the foam. This product is non-toxic, odorless, easily dispersible in water, has fast defoaming speed, long-term foam suppression and does not cause secondary pollution to water bodies. It is mainly used to remove foam generated in processes such as iron removal from flux, circulating water treatment, wastewater and passivation.

• Appearance: White emulsion
• Density (20 °C, Kg/L): 1.00 ~ 1.15
• Active content: ≥ 4%

Application Method:

Before use, shake the XP828 hot dip galvanizing special defoamer evenly, dilute the defoamer 1 to 3 times with clean cold water or add directly. It should be dripped or sprayed at places where bubbles are concentrated or at the water inlet. Add the defoamer directly to the mouth of the tank with good liquidity, and the dosage should be added according to the foaming characteristics of the flowing water.

Packaging and Storage:

This product is packed in 25kg plastic drums or 200kg plastic-lined iron drums. The emulsion needs to be protected from freezing and stirred evenly before use.
