Degreasing agent (cleaning) YH102

Product Features and Applications:

This product is used for degreasing steel workpieces before pickling. By saponifying fatty acids in oil, emulsifying and dispersing organic fatty acids, oil and grease adhering to the metal surface will be separated.

This product has low foaming, high efficiency and is suitable for all kinds of oil and grease.

Technical Parameters:

• Appearance: Transparent white liquid
• Density (20°C, Kg/L): 1.2 ~ 1.4
• pH (20°C): ≥ 12
• Heavy metals: None

Packaging and Shelf Life:

Packed in 25kg or 200kg plastic drums. Shelf life: 01 year. Please refer to the user manual for details.

Storage and Transportation:

Store in a cool place, avoid sunlight and heat sources. Handle with care during transportation, do not turn upside down to avoid collision.

Safety Precautions:

This product is highly alkaline. Avoid direct contact with acidic substances. Wear acid and alkali resistant gloves and goggles during operation to avoid contact with skin and eyes.

In case of accidental splashing of the product liquid into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. If serious, seek medical advice immediately.
