Product Principle and Features:

ZG818 Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor is a product specially developed by specialized R&D personnel for low-pressure boilers and circulating cooling water systems of hot-dip galvanizing enterprises. This product has the effect of scale and corrosion inhibition, good temperature resistance. It can inhibit carbonate, sulfuric acid,… Appropriate salt scale formation to inhibit scale and corrosion in alkaline circulating cooling water without the need to adjust pH.

Technical Parameters:

• Appearance: Yellow-brown liquid
• pH (20°C): 9.5-11.5
• Water solubility: Easily soluble in water
• Active ingredient % > phosphoric acid

Application Method:

When added alone to circulating cooling water, the general dosage is 10-20mg/L.

Packaging and Storage:

ZG818 scale and corrosion inhibitor is packed in plastic drums, 25kg per drum or determined according to user needs. Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 6 months.

ZG818 is a weak alkaline corrosion inhibitor. During operation, it is necessary to wear labor protection equipment to avoid direct contact with skin, eyes,… After contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
