Product Features and Functions:

Adding this product to the hot dip galvanizing line can play the following important roles:

• Good surface lubrication, good compatibility.
• Improve the activity and efficiency of the auxiliary agents for electroplating. Improve electroplating efficiency and prevent electroplating leakage.
• Improve the coverage of the fluxing agent, prevent the galvanized parts from secondary oxidation in the air, and help reduce the generation of zinc dross.
• It is beneficial to the drying of the additives, effectively prevent the splashing of molten zinc and improve the surface quality of the workpiece.
• It will be helpful to improve the stability of the flux plating system and keep the pH value within a certain range.

Application Method:

Add the original solution of this additive directly to the tank with a ratio of 0.3 – 0.5% of the volume of the flux tank. Just stir evenly, monitor the change of additive concentration and add additive when melting.

Safety and Rescue Measures:

If it gets on the skin, wash it off with clean water for more than 15 minutes. If accidentally inhaled, drink plenty of clean water and go to the nearest medical facility for advice immediately.

Storage and Transportation:

Store in a cool place, avoid sunlight, and keep away from heat sources. Shelf life: 02 years. During transportation, it must be handled carefully and not turned upside down to avoid collision.
