Product Features and Functions:

HT521 Acid Fog Inhibitor in acid pickling process is an anti-corrosion fogging agent composed of multiple organic components. It appears as a colorless or light yellow liquid, easily soluble in water and acidic cleaning solutions, compatible with various metal materials and cleaning agents. It is a high-efficiency broad-spectrum anti-corrosion fogging inhibitor with the advantages of low addition amount and high efficiency. The anti-corrosion efficiency is over 98%, the acid fog inhibition rate is over 80%, which can effectively prevent the over-etching process, reduce hydrogen embrittlement and acid mist generation during pickling.

Product Applications:

HT521 Acid Fog Inhibitor is used as an acid pickling additive in chemical cleaning. It is suitable for chemical cleaning of metals such as steel and copper, and is compatible with various pickling agents such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and hydrofluoric acid.

Application Method:

Add 0.3~0.5% of the product to the pickling solution during acid pickling. The specific addition amount depends on the pickling agent and its concentration. It can be used at normal temperature or in a heated state.

Product Packaging and Storage:

The product is packed in 25kg or 200kg plastic drums, with a quality certificate and instructions for use included. Store in a cool and dry place. Shelf life: 01 year.
